Vegetable Salad Recipe

Introduction:

Vegetable salad is made the easiest way with fresh colorful vegetables, herbs, and basic pantry essentials.

A vegetable salad can be made in many different ways- with raw vegetables, boiled vegetables, steamed vegetables, and grilled veggies. In the simplest form, it is simply fine chopped row veggies tossed with some spices and herbs.

About this recipe:

My recipe is very simple which you can make in under 15 minutes. The vegetable salad also helps to digest a meal better.

Ingredients:

Cucumber, Onion, Tomato, sprouts, sweet corn, capsicum, green chilly, fresh coriander leaves, salt, cumin powder, lemon, chat masala.

How to prepare vegetable salad:

1. Take 1 big bowl and add roughly chopped onion.

2. Add chopped capsicum.

3 Add chopped cucumber.

4. Add boiled sweet corn.

4. Add socked sprouts.

5. Add chopped tomato, green chili, salt, cumin powder, and chat masala.

6. Apart from adding a tang to your salad, lemon juice and vinegar are a great source of vitamin C. I mostly use fresh lemon in a vegetable salad.

7. Seeds and nuts can also be added for some crunch. soaked and toasted nuts and seeds go well.

NOTE:

You can also add melon seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds.
