Ingredients required for this recipe:
Mushroom, Onion, capsicum, tomato, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, Kashmiri mirch powder, curd, ginger garlic paste, cashew paste & last but not least kasuri methi.
Prepare the ingredients:
1. You need to cut the onion into 2 different shapes. Firstly cut onions in square shape & keep them aside. Then cut 1/2 more onion which should be finely chopped.
2. Wash and cut the Mushroom into desired size into halves.
3. Grade ginger garlic into the mixer jar.
Let’s begin with the process:
Add oil to a pan and let it turn hot.
Add onion cut into square shapes and saute for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
Add square shapes capsicum and saute for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
Add chopped mushroom and fry for 5 mint on medium flame.
Add roughly chopped onion and cook till slightly brown.
Add ginger garlic, and onion paste and fry for 5 mint on low flame.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri mirch powder, and cumin powder and mix well.
Add 3 tsp curd and continuously stir on low flame.
When they start leaving the sides of the pan and also releasing oil then add saute capsicum and saute Mushroom.
then we add cashew paste and mix well and cook for 5 mint on low flame.
Pour water and cover the pan with a lid for 8 minutes on low flame until the mushroom turns soft.
When the mushroom is cooked and the water is dried up, add the onions fried at the beginning.
