A vegetable salad can be made in many different ways- with raw vegetables, boiled vegetables, steamed vegetables, and grilled veggies. In the simplest form, it is simply fine chopped row veggies tossed with some spices and herbs.
Ingredients
100gms onion
100gms capsicum
100gms cucumber
100gms sprouts
100gms sweet corn
2 green chilli
Instructions
Take 1 big bowl and add roughly chopped onion.
Add chopped capsicum.
Add chopped cucumber.
Add boiled sweet corn.
Add socked sprouts.
Add chopped tomato, green chili, salt, cumin powder, and chat masala.
Apart from adding a tang to your salad, lemon juice and vinegar are a great source of vitamin C. I mostly use fresh lemon in a vegetable salad.
Seeds and nuts can also be added for some crunch. soaked and toasted nuts and seeds go well.
